The Conway Stewart Series 58 Classic Black Gold is a traditional sized pen which pays homage to one of the company’s classic models.
The High Density Black acrylic is beautifully polished and accented by a trio of slender solid 9ct gold cap rings and gold-plated clip.
The Conway Stewart Series 58 Classic Black Gold is made to slightly smaller specifications than some modern pens, harking back to an era when a fine writing instrument was judged first and foremost on practicality. Like its predecessors, the Conway Stewart Series 58 Classic Black tucks neatly away in any pocket, but with the cap posted, still balances perfectly in the hand.
Each pen is housed in a Conway Stewart black leather presentation box which also serves as a showcase pen stand for your desk

14ct GOLD CONWAY STEWART NIB
The Conway Stewart Series 58 has the #5 nib; this is a slightly smaller nib that that in the Churchill/Winston range, but is still a delight to use. The #5 nib is available in all gold 1-tone finish in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium & Broad.
Conway Stewart nibs have been acclaimed by many of our customers for their ‘smooth-as-butter’ writing experience. Each nib is engraved with the Conway Stewart emblem.
FILLING MECHANISM
This pen has a dual filling system. It is fitted with a converter (reservoir) which allows the user to draw ink from a bottle or alternatively, you may remove the converter and use standard European ink cartridges. All our fountain pens come with 2 complimentary cartridges so you can start to use it immediately. If you prefer to use bottled ink, we recommend our own range of high quality ink, made in England and available in a range of colours.
