The EF nib has been a little slow to flow ink smoothly, but is getting better the more I use it. If I waited another month, it would likely be a five star rating as I initially had a similar issue with my Series 100 EF nib that now flows beautifully and is a favorite.
I did all of my ordering via the website and had no problems, but my experience with the personal service that other reviewers found so excellent was not the same. Since ordering my Series 100 2 years ago, I have looked at several other Conway Stewart pens and sent email inquiries, but never received a response. When ordering the Series 58, I was curious about the Marlborough pen and instead of trying another emai, I called and left a voicemail. I did not get response to that either. Perhaps it was it was because it was a US number, but still wonder if I would have preferred the Marlborough.
