The Conway Stewart Winston Classic Black Silver holds true to the classic 1920s styling that made Conway Stewart famous, yet has a freshness that makes it a joy to hold and use. It has a slight taper to the barrel end and a gently rounded cap top and weighs in at a hefty 54 grams – this is definitely a heavyweight pen!
The blind end of the barrel unscrews to reveal a silver-plated knurled top of the twist filler - a very lovely feature. The Conway Stewart Winston Classic Black Silver is set off with sterling silver fittings – a narrow ring at on the barrel end and a wider band that is hall-marked at the nib section, while the cap features a pair of narrow silver rings for that extra touch of luxury.
The Conway Stewart Winston Classic Black Silver is a substantial pen that’s beautifully built and named in honour of Sir Winston Churchill.
The Conway Stewart Winston Classic Black Silver is the ideal choice if you prefer a large pen; one that stands out in a crowd, but which still stays true to the classic style and feel of a vintage Conway Stewart design. The top mounted clip allows the pen to sit low in your pocket, making the Winston a more practical choice for everyday use, and there is a carefully balanced solid brass liner to the barrel which gives this model a comfortable heft without making it too heavy for daily use.
If you would prefer a Cartridge/Converter version which is a lighter pen then this can be ordered at no extra charge - See ""Filling Mechanism"" tab below for further details.
Each pen is housed in a Conway Stewart black leather presentation box which also serves as a showcase pen stand for your desk.
Pens are handmade to order, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
