Jack Row Mirage Rose Gold Finish with Marquise Cut Tanzanite
Each Jack Row Mirage writing instrument is individually handcrafted from solid sterling silver by award winning British pen designer and silversmith Jack Row.
Inspired by the organic, shimmering patterns formed in desert sands, the sterling silver cap and barrel of this luxury pen are lavishly entwined with sixty-five feet of hand-wound silver wire, creating an intricate yet tactile texture that is entirely unique to every piece.
This model features wound wire which has been gilded with luxurious 22ct rose gold. The warm red-pink hue of the rose gold sits in harmony with the highly polished silver trim.
The unique, spring-loaded clip is individually set with a glittering half-carat (0.5ct) Tanzanite, cut in the iconic ‘Marquise’ or ‘Navette’ shape. Exclusively mined in Tanzania, the purple-blue hue of this remarkable jewel complements the rose gold of the wire and adds a distinguishing touch, usually associated with fine jewellery and Objet d'art. The marquise cut’s origin reputably dates back to King Louis XV (of France 1710-1774) who commissioned a jeweller to the royal court to create a cut that resembled the lips of his mistress.
Limited to 250 pieces worldwide, each piece is marked with a unique limited edition number on the end of the barrel and also features the designers “JR” branding, deeply embossed into the end of cap. Being handcrafted from solid sterling silver, each item is also struck with an illustrious British Hallmark.
Beautifully presented in a slide open black, soft touch presentation box, with signed certificate of authenticity, this luxury silver pen is perfect for the individual who has exquisite tastes and an admiration for design and craftsmanship.
The trim of this pen can be personalised with hand engraving to celebrate a prestigious occasion or honour a valued individual – get in touch if you wish to discuss this addition.
